(A) In accordance with Malaysia standard law under 16's cannot participate in auctions or lelong as they legal binding contracts unless you have parental permissions.

(A) Most online auction website such as Ebay will charge the seller for insert or list their item, but we never charge our seller. Here basic listings are FREE at the moment.

(Q) What is Featured Listing Fees?

(A) Feature Fees is an optional fees to help increase bids and chances of selling success. This is FREE at the moment.

Selling

(Q) How can I list an item?

(A) You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered, simply login to your account and click on the "Sell" link at the top of the page. The first thing to do is select a category for your item, note that you can choose a more category further into the listing process. You can then enter in your chosen settings and item description and details.

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm selling?

(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are selling by visiting your members area and selecting the "Selling" category. You can then check your Open Auctions, Closed Auctions, Scheduled Auctions, Drafts, Invoices, etc.

(Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item?

(A) Yes you can but we recommend you to use basic tags as complex HTML descriptions do not always display correctly. You may also type in your text and drafts in MSWord and paste the text into the textbox.

(Q) How can I place a bid?

(A) To place a bid on an item you must first login to your account. Once logged in a bidding box will be displayed at bottom of all auction pages. You can use this box to place your bid or amount.

(Q) How can I keep track of items I'm bidding on?

(A) You can keep an eye on everything you are bidding on by visiting your members area and selecting the "bidding" area.

(Q) How do I know if I am outbid on an item?

(A) Our auction system will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid by anyone.

Retrieve Lost Password/Username

(Q) How to retrieve my lost password or username?

(A) You can retrieve your lost password or username by click on the Lost Password lik in the Sign In form. Then, you have to provide your registered email address with our site and you will receiving email notification.

(A) Login as yourself and select “Selling” from Member Area.
Then, select End Auction Earlier link and provide with the details.
